Not a well designed hotel....

Liked: Really nice in many ways - but with some significant and very specific downsides that would make me not stay there again. Super nice bar. Good breakfast (although a bit limited in dairyfree options).
Disliked: - Water in tap/shower smells really bad (rotten smell). Should be fixed. Gross.- Building is not well soundproofed meaning way too much street noise. This is a new building - must be very cheaply done.- Taking stairs instead of elevators makes you feel unappreciated. Raw concrete. Bad signs. No exit to reception/breakfast floor. All in all the main offering, which for any hotel should be: "a good nights sleep" has not at all been a priority when making this new hotel. That is a big mistake.
