Disgraceful treatment

Disliked: Due to unexpected circumstances I had to book this a short notice for the evening for someone unable to travel. After booking and paying whilst the person I had booked it for was on the way there he got a phone call saying it was closed. This left a 67yr old in the cold at 8.30 in the evening while I tried to find out what had happened and another hotel nearby. Taking bookings and money when closed is disgraceful
