Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spotless. Great 2 night break. So much so I'm back for 1 night in July

Room without window is good...

Liked: We booked a room without window because this was a short stay. It was very clean and bed was very comfy. Staff was super nice and friendly.
Disliked: If the room doesn’t have a window it would be good to instal better lights because it was a bit dark like in the cave :)

Liked: Very nice property near to public transportation. Free parking located next to the hotel, safe. The room was cozy with private bathroom

Wonderful stay

Liked: Citiez hotel in Amsterdam was a great experience. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. They made sure that we had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The room was clean and the linens were also bright white and clean. We used public transportation to go around the city and there is a tram stop (tram 17) right next to the hotel which was very convenient. The hotel also provides breakfast which was great! It was always fresh and well stocked. The coffee was also very good. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this hotel.
Disliked: The only draw back was the glass door for the bathroom, it didn't provide enough privacy. This might not be a problem for most people, I just wished there was a regular door to the bathroom/toilet.

Liked: Staff were extremely helpful and cheerful. The free parking was great and very convenient. Bedroom was very comfortable and clean. Lots of shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Tram line very near also.
Disliked: Would have liked something hot for breakfast. A little far out but the tram was nearby.
