Liked: Lovely decor and the view from the balcony was stunning. Great location as it’s a nice quiet spot but is only a short walk to dozens of restaurants and shops. Staff were fantastic. All of them were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Could do with a sign so you know you’re at the right place.

Liked: The layout was very nice, the restaurant was good. The location was perfect.

Stunning hotel in stunning location

Liked: The hotel was exceptional in all respects bar one. The staff could not do enough for us. The decor was stunning. I had one of the best steaks in my life. A hotel for adults and probably not families.
Disliked: The hotel pool was closed - although we were able to use the sister hotel Lido Beach Resort which was very impressive and more of a family hotel.

Dumbfounded

Liked: This property was not open you clueless people. It was under going a complete renovation and we we astounded that you would book us in a close facility. NEVER again will we use your services.

Disliked: Hotel was under complete renovation, so it was closed. We were not informed in advance. After much effort on my part, we were able to get a room at the Lido Beach Resort for a comparable price.
