Room was clean and spacious. Perfect location for the concert which was across the street.

Liked: Rooms were very clean. bed was ok, and the rooms where great size and a wonderful view of the mountains. I had a view of the "R" on the mountain which made my stay just amazing
Disliked: Nothing to complain about. My stay was very comfortable for last minute booking and the early check in was not bad. I do think the early check in cost should be deleted when the room is ready and no one has to rush.

Disliked: Bathroom was dirty. Bed cover had dirt on it!! Was it even cleaned?? I doubt it. The restaurant choices are so so. The hamburger place was mediocre & high priced for what they serve!

Disliked: For such a large pace there are very few things to do and places to eat. It’s also a maze with the worst instructions.

Liked: lots of parking, central location to downtown reno, 18th floor, amazing views, clean, nice and big casino, 3 key cards
Disliked: lots of walking between car and hotel room, google maps takes you to casino and then have to walk lots to get to hotel, they don’t accept apple pay, finding anything especially the check in desk is a maze
