Circus Circus Hotel And Casino - Reno

Room was clean and spacious. Perfect location for the concert which was across the street.

Liked: The hotel was a good location for my 1-night stayover during my drive through Reno NV.
Disliked: My first stay in the Circus Circus. As such had some confusion going from the Hotel Reservations Counter (at the North Tower) to the room that's in the South Tower.

Disliked: My goodness they ask me to add $20 for each room that we stayed the stuff told us that if we add $20 for each room for easy access to all and near to all fun in the hotel my gosh but its not true they put us in far hotel and the old hotel….. that sucks we have 4 seniors and 6 kids the stuff lie to us they gave us a hard time they ask for $20 per room then the room is too far to everything!!!!

Liked: The people working on the day is not good solution for i need to change my room I have my grandma and she walking to much to sky tower the people no change my room
Disliked: We need to walking to mucho the electric acces no work on the day

Disliked: That one of the desk staff put a person who requested to be near me right next door. I felt like my privacy was invaded.
