Room was clean and spacious. Perfect location for the concert which was across the street.

Liked: The room we stayed at we’re quiet
Disliked: There was no sign to let you know where to go the Escalators where broken so we walked around so much very tireding got lost had to go back to the register and ask again by the time we found the room we were sweaty and so out of breath just would be worth maybe having a elevator that would have us able to get us to the floors since the other side has one

Liked: There was no breakfast
Disliked: The bathroom was dark and creepy, with no ventilation so the paint on the mirror was peeling. It was trashy looking. The bed was not comfortable, very hard. The AC did not work properly. It didn't respond to settings and would randomly work. The noise on the street funneled right up to our 15th floor room. We were in a non smoking wing but all we could smell was cigarette smoke and Marijuana smoke in the hall and it ended up in our room. This was not a luxury room.

Liked: bed was comfortable but no shades on window.
Disliked: motion detector light kept going on and off until I switched off the light completely. Many restaurants were not open and was rushed out of the bar I went to because they wanted to close.

Disliked: I didn't like the tower was very hard to get to from check in point . I have oxygen and was so very out of breath had to take break 4 times from garage to tower room. To get up and. Down the stairs cases I need the . next to the stairs ...lift to be opperstd but thez were people
