It’s ok…book if you want...

Liked: Property was beautiful, great location and GREAT Staff that is really all has going for it and why not giving one star.
Disliked: First day we were on 36 floor and they “upgraded” us to pool/street view since our room was not ready…not an upgrade, had to complain as the music from pool area we overlooked was so loud the bass was shaking the bed….they moved us and quieter. Could sleep. Was loud music even in lobby as well. Food was horrible every place we ate and way OVERPRICED for what it was. Pathetic really. Victory Burger was horrible and horrible staff.Drinks were ok but one bar was $24 on first floor but on second floor was $11 so??? Who knows…would recommend somewhere quieter. Tried to enjoy the pool but left after 20 minutes..definitely not relaxing and could not even talk music and bass so loud and only 11:30 am.
