Great location, great value for...

Liked: The hotel had lots of amenities and the rooms were simple and clean. Love that they also have beach chairs included in the stay. The beach is a short walk across the street so it is very easy.
Disliked: Some parts of the building are a bit out-dated, but this really isn't that big of a deal. Otherwise there really isn't too much to complain about.

Great value boutique, with great...

Liked: Excellent service, from check in to the bartender. Great location, fun atmosphere. The restaurant in the hotel was very nice and sitting on the patio was wonderful. We really enjoyed the pool and sitting in the cabana. It was peaceful and clean.
Disliked: Our room was near the courtyard and it was VERY noisy with groups hanging out there late at night. They weren't even being very rowdy, just casual conversation echoed immensely and we got very little sleep the first night. Foot steps above us were also very loud. I'm a heavy sleeper but really had difficulty sleeping here.Also, the lock on the bathroom door was completely busted and appeared to have been that way a long time.

Disliked: Room could have been better. Very small for price

Beautiful and clean hotel with...

Liked: The staff were the friendliest in all of Miami South Beach! I loved that they worked hard to make sure we were having a great vacation and were comfortable. The walking distance to the beach was wonderful, and the hotel was perfection.
Disliked: There was nothing negative to say about this property. We will definitely stay here again when in town.
