Excellent for Wedding or Special...

Liked: What an absolutely amazing place to stay and celebrate your wedding! The view, the food, the attention to details, the staff service is top-notch, the joy that surrounds you, the delightful breakfast delivered to your room, the presidential suite was incredibly cozy and just perfect for preparing for your special day. Conveniently located near great spots to explore in San Juan, including the beaches. We arranged for the Fiesta Bus service and they picked us up right in front of the venue. The guests were blown away by the delicious food and cocktails. Make sure to ask for Miguel Agosto to help you plan your event at Ciqala and enjoy the chef's creations at Eter Rooftop lounge. Absolutely fantastic! I can’t ask for more because was perfect. I will be back for sure!

Nice but probably won’t stay...

Liked: The suite itself was absolutely beautiful. But the rest of the hotel was under construction. The staff seemed to be a little scattered. Apparently we weren’t even checked in and marked as a no-show somehow. That delayed our breakfast because it was canceled. That was sorted out. But overall really nice. The rooftop pool was the size of a small hot tub.
Disliked: Pool was very small. Resturant area was under construction. Hotel was in the shady part of town.

A frustrating and unprofessional experience

Disliked: The communication at this property was extremely poor and unprofessional. I called ahead to report a delayed flight, confirmed I’d arrive late, and asked about an alternative check-in for my travel companion. When I arrived, I discovered that the only note they documented was my inquiry about alternative check-in options—nothing about my delayed flight. At no point during that call was I told that failing to appear on the first night would cancel my reservation. When I arrived in person, I was informed my stay had been cancelled and the room was no longer available. I was charged for one night and requested an emailed receipt twice—once in person (where I was told my email was not on file despite booking through a third party) and again through Booking.com. To date, I have not received any documentation or confirmation that there will be no additional charges. Based on this experience, I do not recommend booking lodging at this property under any circumstances.

Liked: Beautiful place and excellent service
Disliked: Only issue we had was a very loud neighbor. This situation was immediately resolved by Paola De Pablo. She was extremely polite and handled the issue right away.
