Liked: Locations, clean room and bathroom. Great to have a microwave in the room
Disliked: There was misunderstanding with the long term car parking, but they helped us out with the car parking facility next door

Liked: it was close to the airport
Disliked: the shuttle driver was disengaged, I was ok but there were two elderly couples travelling with me to the airport, he left them standing in the cold waiting for him, he should have started the bus and helped them in with the heating on. When we arrived at the airport, he dumped all of us at the most convenient location for himself, but the elderly couples had trouble just getting in and out of the bus let alone walking to the other end of the airport to their carrier. The driver should have dropped them where they needed to be, not where it was fastest for him to get back home.
