Disliked: Absolutely horrible place to stay. Very worn out looking. Hallways and rooms have a very disgusting odor. Carpeting should have been replaced years ago. People with their pets seem to have free range, including in the breakfast area. It appears based on the odors that pets are allowed in any room not limited to specific rooms and areas. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever.

Disliked: My boyfriend woke up to bites all over his legs, I woke up to bites all over my arms. Pulled back sheets, mattress had a nasty brown stain on it. The only option as a drink for breakfast was coffee. No juice or water offered.

Liked: I had a credit card on file but stressed with the front desk at check in to use the credit card I presented at check in with her and not the one booking.com had on fileand boom that didnt happen
Disliked: nobody was around several times I had questions they only wanna collect your money at check in and then you're on your ownterribly understaffed and have been for 3 years now

Liked: The location is good.
Disliked: I requested a change of the initial room due to the presence of ants on the floor. The cleanliness of the sheets and the room was inadequate, with remnants of coffee on the sofa. Although she offered me a 20% discount after the room change, I have yet to receive it.

Terrible Customer Service

Disliked: Everything went wrong with this hotel, and the staff made no attempts to make things better. The breakfast was disappointing. No tables for people to sit and eat, limited food options. Check in was horrible. I arrived early but they wouldn't even look to see if my room was ready l. When I returned at 3pm they told me I had already checked in, then argued with me that my husband and children were already upstairs in the room, even though they were standing in the lobby with me. It was VERY clear they gave our room to someone else. When they finally figured out what room to give us, we had to wait for housekeeping to finish cleaning it. They clearly did not finish because there were no towels, linens for the pullout, or soap/shampoo in the room. We were able to get some linens at the desk, but there were no pillows or comforter for the pullout bed available. The staff said this was due to the fact that they were sold out for the night. The next day at checkout I mentioned that we had no soap/shampoo or towels and was told by staff again that it was because they were sold out. Not sure why they made that the guest's problem. I paid A LOT of money for the room and staff seemed to think that I should accept the fact that there was nothing provided including basics like towels. I will never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone. Don't waste your money, book at the Holiday Inn next door.
