Autumn weekend getaway

Liked: Location. On the main road. Several good restaurants short walking distance. Bed service each morning. Served fresh cookies , apples, tangerines daily.
Disliked: The Inn's restaurant was closed. Bar was briefly open in evening last call being 815pm on Fri / Sat. Fire pit was being shutoff at 845pm Fri /Sat when we were informed prior to arrival it would stay lit until 1030pm. False.Could not get A/C to operate.

Great location excellent staff, nice...

Liked: The staff was excellent and helpful. Clear directions and good communication. The public rooms were lovely and the outside was great
Disliked: The room itself was very sparsely furnished. The bed was comfortable but it needed at least one more chair and another dresser.

We love Lenox, and these...

Liked: We LOVE The Whitlock. Our July stay there was at the top of our reasons for our rebooking in October. The accessible king there was fantastic. Unfortunately, when we arrived, that room was given to someone else, and we were moved to The Constance. It is quite nice, but the bath was absolutely unsuitable for someone needing bars beside the toilet and shower. That said, the staff was exceptionally helpful and pleasant, and the management actually refunded 50% of our fee by way of compensation.
