Liked: Location. We've stayed at this location previously. Service has declined.
Disliked: Declined service.Promised room was given away to another guest. Poor excuse provided. Claims the room was accidentally re-assigned since the system allowed the room to be unlocked before checking in.2 new rooms assigned were not cleaned, didn't have amenities, or weren't ready (i.e. pillows in chairs instead of beds. Pillows had no pillowcases, no towels in rooms, no kleenex, soap, etc.) No housekeeping. Had to make beds, clean bathrooms, switch soiled towels to get clean ones at the front desk, and empty trash. Reasoning provided: New housekeeping crew.

Excellent. Will stay again.

Liked: We stayed over the holiday weekend. Was perfect for walking to downtown activities. We found a great restaurant Flying heart pizza and brew pub. 10/10 recommended the mini golf too.
Disliked: Elevator was sketchy. If you cannot walk stairs you might have a problem.

Liked: Location,staff, free breakfast and wine during happy hour, patio, and it smells amazing!!

Disappoinment Abounds

Liked: Not much. Small room. Noisy. Low water pressure. Uncomfortable bed. The elevator desperately needs repair.
Disliked: Some local group had commandeered the lobby for the 4th of July fireworks show. Checking in and getting the elevator was utter pandemonium. I expected way more from this hotel given it's location in the elegant little town. Alas, the hotel has seen better days, as has Front Street. So many empty storefronts, and the sidewalks were filthy. You can do better Church Street Inn, and so can Nachitoches!

I loved the boutique hotel....

Liked: Great location. Staff very friendly, check in was quick and easy. The breakfast was a full breakfast, very good. Beautiful place. Secured parking. My only issue was I ended up in a room where the sprinkler system was next door. It ran all night, making noise. The room was very spacious. It was hard to sleep with the noise.
Disliked: My room was next to where the sprinkler system system is kept. I heard the noise all night.
