Liked: Great location, roomy, comfortable. Beautiful courtyard with a fountain was great to relax.
Disliked: Coffee was terrible! Had a full kitchen with a full size pot but the provided (2) tea bag style coffee pods didn’t cut it!

Superb

Liked: Love the full kitchen. Love the location on Church St. in the French Quarter. Centrally located to popular attractions in Charleston. Very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Like the two levels and the sitting area and have 1 full and 1/2 bathroom.
Disliked: I have stayed there 6 or more times in the past years, in the past all of the staff has been super friendly and helpful. Now some of the staff was friendly and welcoming and some not at all.

Disliked: I was shocked to see that we came into our room, we had to walk up about 15 steps to go up to a second floor to the bedroom. That was a shocker. If I would have known this I would have picked a different hotel. The price was high per night given townhouse style. I will never stay here again. Thank goodness I did not have toddlers. The courtyard was full of pollen and rusty iron furniture. We went into another courtyard on Market and Meeting and it was beautiful with no pollen and gorgeous. So it could be cleaned up. Didn't get full instructions on how to use the parking pass which is $20 per night. aI've traveled here a lot, but wanted to try a different hotel. Mills House and Embassey are better overall in comparison. Just my opinion.

Disliked: At 4 o’clock check in time we were askedIf we could wait another 1/2 hour. Which they did accommodate our check I time, In the downstairs bathroom it had a used bar of soap and wash cloth on the sink. Obviously not cleaned.
