A wonderful place to stay!

Liked: The property is in a great location and parking is less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel was really clean and the bed was comfortable. The food (breakfast and dinner) was all lovely.

Perfect and comfortable town centre...

Liked: Perfect location in town. Comfortable and clean room. Excellent facilities. Perfect breakfast with quality ingredients. Tasty evening meal. Very friendly and efficient staff. Balcony a bonus, lovely to have a coffee in the sun. So peaceful and quiet, no noise from the street or the pub.
Disliked: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Highly recommended hotel

Liked: Excellent location right by the castle and market. The bar/ restaurant is great and the room was spacious and well kept. Quirky features which complements the whole look. Staff were friendly and professional.
Disliked: Nothing - all was great

Ludlow is well worth a...

Liked: Location was good - room at the top level - had we known prior to booking we would have requested a lower level. Food was okay , breakfast was good. Friendly staff.
Disliked: We had booked table for evening meal prior to arrival but they didn’t have our booking - good job there was one table available upstairs in the bar/ lounge area which didn’t have the same atmosphere as the pub downstairs really. Parking needs sorting with the local council for residents who stay in town e.g. discount given to enable residents to stay near their accomodation without having to pay the full price for 4 days stay on top of the price of hotel!!
