Church Farm Accomodation Guest Reviews
Write a review
Set in the picturesque village of Bickenhill, Church Farm Accommodation offers a quiet, countryside bed and breakfast experience just a mile from the popular Resorts World Arena. Housed in converted stables, the rooms are self-contained, en-suite, and offer free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs—mixing rustic charm with modern comfort. With Birmingham city center just a 15-minute train ride away and the M42 only 5 minutes by car, this spot offers the perfect blend of accessibility and tranquility.
Just 1 mile from Resorts World Arena, you can be back in your room within minutes of the encore. It's in a quiet rural location—ideal for winding down after a loud night out. The self-contained rooms mean you won’t be disturbed by other guests coming in late, and with train access to Birmingham just 15 minutes away, you’re well-connected for gigs in the city too. While check-in starts from 3 PM, the peaceful surroundings and private entrances make late arrivals hassle-free.
Start your day right with a continental breakfast served daily, or indulge in a Full English breakfast on weekdays before heading to explore Birmingham. While there’s no on-site restaurant, several great pubs and restaurants lie within a 2-mile radius—perfect for a pre- or post-concert meal. Late-night food options may be limited onsite, but the closeness to Birmingham and Solihull offers plenty of nearby alternatives.
While Church Farm itself is more about countryside calm than live music, you’re just minutes from the buzz of Resorts World Arena and the entertainment complex at Resorts World Birmingham, which includes bars, restaurants, and even a casino. For a more chilled-out evening, nearby pubs offer a relaxed local vibe with real ales and friendly locals.
Rooms don’t have air conditioning, which can be noticeable in warmer months. Also, being in a rural location means limited late-night food delivery—so plan ahead if you’re coming back from a late gig craving snacks. Breakfast availability is more limited on weekends (no cooked options), but the continental spread is still satisfying.
Church Farm Accommodation is a peaceful, well-connected B&B that gives concert-goers a quiet, cozy place to recharge just minutes from the action.

The perfect hideaway from all...
Liked: The perfect location for a country mouse to escape the chaos of the NEC! Gorgeous setting, lovely host, immaculate room - a real home away from home, complete with horses outside my window. Thank you Milly, I'll be back!
