Disliked: Our experience at this hotel was disappointing. The lack of reception upon arrival, unanswered calls, and delayed assistance were frustrating. The hotel's overall cleanliness was poor, and the room lacked heating and basic amenities like shampoo. The absence of hot water and a malfunctioning TV further detracted from the experience. I do not recommend this hotel.

Very unpleased with the experience.

Disliked: I didnt get to stay at this place. I paid for the stay full price and I didnt get a refund. The check in time was very late and I needed a place for the moment. I emailed the company about my situation but no one got back to me. I have paid for a service that I didnt receive
