Miserable stay after seeing those...

Liked: I liked the location of the property.
Disliked: I did not like the other rooms beside my room which was full of garbage!!!!

Disliked: Shower nub had fallen and we couldn't reconnect it as it needs a screwdriver and we couldn't find reception

Liked: The location was very good for me - near good tube and bus links.The room was very clean, the mattress very comfortable and the microwave and fridge in the room were very goodWhen I eventually got to see someone there he was very obliging.
Disliked: The place looked unkempt from the outside, it was shabby in the common parts and there was no welcome or clear indication of where to go to obtain the key. It was another person in the property who went to knock on an unmarked door to attract someone’s attention.The shower, whilst clean, didn’t work very well and I didn’t feel able to use it. Could have done with another towel.

Disliked: #The exterior of the hotel looked very shabby, the room was small and needed a good clean. There was a leak under the sink in the bathroom. The television did not work. The bedside light not connected, my husband had to scrabble about for the extension lead. The mattress was very uncomfortable..springs sticking out. Drinking glasses not clean, tray not clean drawers dusty.
