Experience at unit 110

Liked: Cleanliness and location
Disliked: The front desk needs some love, coffee, or water at least, no restroom available for family. Room 110 has some issues. Flooring is bad, furniture is old and damaged, TV volume goes up and down by itself, and patching work in the bathroom ceiling is unsightly.

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: Really bad communication. I was never told that in order to have my room cleaned I had to give the receptionist a 24hr notice. Our room was dirty and it had a very strong smell like bleach. The elevator had a sign it was out of order and the day we left we noticed the cleaning staff was using it, I had heavy luggage that had to be carried to the 2nd floor where my room was at.
