Liked: customer service excellent!!
Disliked: not enough towels, but when I asked for 2 more, they sent them right away, one of the lights next to the bed did not work. other than that excellent.

Nice place, but has a...

Liked: Clean room, great views, had all you needed in room, iron/board, blow dryer.
Disliked: Excessive walking to everything, Most everything was closed until 5pm??, Needed more mirrors in rooms. Pool and spa area stuffed with children and to loud to relax or enjoy.

Pleasant

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful particularly Jacob at front desk. Lots of food options available on site. The room was also a very spacious and the bed was comfortable. A great location if you want to visit Yosemite national park.
Disliked: The rooms are slightly more dated than they look in the pictures especially the bathrooms. And although there are many food options the food itself if mediocre.
