Can’t wait to return!

Liked: Great location, easy walk to town, mall, restaurants and river. Loved the vintage look and feel of the house and rooms. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious! Staff was beyond welcoming and helpful! Can’t wait to return!
Disliked: Wish the beds were a bit more firm.

Liked: The room was charming, quiet, and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly. Location was very convenient to walk to restaurants and sights. Free parking.

Nice stop in Providence but...

Liked: Lovely historic building, room itself was spacious although bathroom a little smallWalkable to downtown area, RISD etc
Disliked: Breakfast choices not ideal and some things hadn’t been restocked for 9am breakfast sitting (after the first sitting). Would have preferred if breakfast not included so we could choose if we wanted it or not. Overall the stay was expensive for what it was

Excellent value for money, short...

Liked: Breakfast was available each morning with a choice of hot and cold options. The Eggs Florentine and the Smashed Avocado with Egg on Toast were particular highlights. The bed was very comfortable, the room was as described and clean and tidy.
Disliked: There was a fair amount of noise in our room from the adjacent stairs and the room above; however, this would be part of the character of staying in an older building with wood floors. It was never noisy enough to distrub sleep however.

Liked: lovely little property,great location and very welcoming staff. Breakfast was so tasty and a fun room.

Very excited to find a...

Liked: The room was spacious and comfortable. I loved the fireplace heater! Kept the room warm and gave a cozy atmosphere to the room. The house was quirky and big. The two staircases were great for traffic flow, even though it was minimal.
Disliked: The dining space is a bit small, but I did like the central table for mingling with other people staying at the B&B. Also, as far as room options, would be great to have a 2 Queen option.
