Lovely location and staff, delicious...

Liked: Location, restaurants and food, room, pool, grounds, staff.
Disliked: Smoking was allowed in the grounds and there were full ashtrays dotted around, even in the early mornings.

Terrible experience

Liked: Breakfast was ok , was a bit busy had to wait Room.service was ok but 24 reception wasnt that helpful

Disliked: Whilst the room (315) was excellent value and superbly presented, it was let down by the horrendous noise from the kitchen fan? when we first checked in and from 7am on the Sunday morning. Also, the mini bar referred to at reception wasn’t present?

Liked: The location is beautiful.Dinner was good.
Disliked: Poor spa facility, the steam room barely had steam and the sauna & pool too small for the amount of guests..couldnt swim without bumping into others.Advertised as breakfast included..only able to have continental not English as expected..you had to pay a further £15 each for that. Very poor.

Disappointing.

Disliked: State of the room. Light switches not working very well, bath not emptying very well.
