Absolutely fantastic stay, loved the...
Liked: Great friendly welcome at reception. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Room made up every day. So close to everything in town. Bus station about 300m away. We partically liked our cleaner, so efficient, so helpful, could not have gone out of her way more, delightful lady.
Disliked: Fridge not set high enough to cold temperature, was pre set, no adjustment.

Great room in a fantastic...
Liked: The location and room view were great. Comfortable bed and powerful shower. The Bar on the top floor is well worth a visit where the drinks, the night view and the staff are lovely.
Disliked: The room we first booked didn’t have any windows. Thankfully we managed to upgrade to a better room.

Disliked: Staff and management: we stayed there for two nights and had lost my jacket in front of the reception on the first day. When we left on the third day morning , we asked them if anyone found a jacket, they said no. I went to ask twice and they said will check with house keeping, but the house keeping didn’t respond. After we left for two house (drove 200 km), they suddenly told us they found my jacket. Should their house keeping people immediately inform the reception when they found the jacket? Why they have to wait until someone asked them? They should keep a “lost and found” at the front desk so when a guest ask them, they can immediately find out. In this case, the jacket had lost for sometimes and no one reported to the front desk so I could not get it when I ask. The wired thing was that after they found it, I begged them to mail to my friend’s house (an address in New Zealand ), and I will repay them back. The receptionist checked with the manager and told me that they just would not do it, even though we offered to pay them. This is very unfriendly!!! Part of reason was their management was not good so a guest could not get their lost thing right back. They should be partially responsible for it, yet they even didn’t want to mail to the guest.

Very central, clean accommodation
Liked: Very central. Clean room with expected facilities - I booked a superior studio. Breakfast included was pretty good - some nice views from the top floor restaurant area.
Disliked: Felt more suited to a formal business type hotel rather than a tourist destination hotel.
