Chouette Hotel

Overall great stay :)

Liked: Hotel and room are quite nice, would be happy to stay there again! Though the bed is more like 180cm long, we (two adult men) slept quite well and the bed was very comfortable. Not too firm, not too soft, just right for me. The bathroom is nice, even has a bathtub, though no hook for the toilet paper (not a big deal). Located in a nice relaxed neighborhood with a nice park not far with a beautiful pond where ducks and geese live (Parc Georges Brassens), they also had a weekend book flea market there. Also there was a market on the street of the hotel which was great, full of fresh produce etc (Tues, Thurs, Sunday). Bakeries and some restaurants very close by. About 25-30 minutes by bus to main tourists spots which was no problem, we even walked the hour distance a couple times to enjoy exploring the different neighborhoods of Paris. Overall we had a great stay!
Disliked: The room is smaller than it appears in the pictures. For two people it was manageable, but a bit bigger would be more ideal. You can hear any noise coming from the hall, but thankfully this wasn’t an issue due to respectful neighbors and did not wake us. Our room faced the street but there were no noises bothering us as it’s not a very busy street. We slept very well.

Very pleasant would recommend

Liked: The location was in a very friendly neighborhood. Loads of bakeries around. Every morning there was the market and we did not hear anything! The receptionist was very kind to us and helpful with guidance on how to get around.
Disliked: The room was abit too small, the bed takes up majority of the space. The cleaners walked in unannounced a few times whilst we weren’t dressed appropriately.

Liked: Clean modern spacious place with air con available if needed. Big windows
Disliked: Big double bed was just 2 singles put together which came apart and split at times. Would of been nice to have shelves in bathroom to put own toiletries. Shower didn’t have a door which causes water on floor. Pillows too small and soft, no lock on bathroom door. Chain on room door as extra protective measure would have been nice

Liked: Location was great and new to us cafes shops all good
Disliked: Our room was located next to the lift and was Noisey for along time at night going up and down

Liked: Convenient location with buses 89 & 95 nearby, comfortable room and shower. A real gem in 15 arrondissement.

Exceptional

Great value, comfortable rooms, friendly...

Liked: Loved the room, and the location, right next to a friends place. Best of all, on Sunday, the street market literally on the doorstep. Even without it you’re surrounded by wonderful food shops in a residential area.
Disliked: Breakfast was a bit dull, but it was OK.

Liked: The bathroom was small, as all pf the bathrooms in Paris! During the day 1 someone was knocking on my door repeatedly for 4 minutes with breaks. I dont know who was it! Really clean room, Value for money
