Liked: old style of the building and apartment decoration
Disliked: the apartment is old and sometimes feels neglected maintenance like out of order dishwasher, some missing paint

I was there for one...

Liked: Location was convenient for my stay.Coffee offered in the basement breakfast room was good.
Disliked: I don’t need to be preached by the hotel about virtues odd recycling and water conservation.Rooms and hallways need to be spruced up with new paint and holes in walls need to be patched up Staff acted as if they were doing me a favour to check me in and answer questions about facilities and services offered The hotel has great potential but looks uncared for and unloved.

Liked: Huge apartment with tons of space for 2 couples. Loved the piano recital. Very convenient to museum, a couple blocks to walk to dining.

Liked: The room was great, but the best thing about the hotel was the nightly Chopin salon concerts. They were amazing!

Hotel with a soul

Liked: Atmosphere, hospitality, vintage elevator, idea for each room, food quality, large room, silent air conditioner.
Disliked: The scrambled eggs were kept in a bain-marie, so after a while they turned cold. It would be a good idea to prepare them to order instead.
