You get what you pay...

Liked: Right next to the tourist attractions.
Disliked: The staff wasn’t very helpful when my friends and I needed safety. A man was following us back to our hotel and luckily a large group of people walked us home. When we asked the staff for assistance walking us to our room or giving us a separate entrance, he didn’t seem to care and said we would be fine. It wasn’t until the group of friends had to convince him to use the back door to get to our room.

Liked: Location
Disliked: We were woken up at 11pm one night because a staff tried to enter our room. The staff left food in our freezer and woke us up to get it. I went to the front desk and they never offered any kind of compensation for being woken up, or the staff trying to enter my room.

Decent budget hotel

Liked: Clean rooms and property, friendly staff, good location to walk to Clifton Hill. Falls walk to Queen Victoria park took us about 25 mins.
Disliked: Room could use updating. Peeling paint, loose outlets in lamps. There was a tub, but there was no way to block off the drain to take a bath.

Disliked: Room shown in the photos is not what u get for the amount you pay.. room is small

Liked: I like the people working there. They are friendly enough
Disliked: The heat did not work in my room so I was really cold sleeping in there. So cold I didn't want to take a shower

Liked: We stayed in the Family Suite. The room was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water. Very good sized refrigerator. The location is excellent!! A short walk to Clifton Hill and the Falls.
Disliked: With a few renovations and updates, this place would be a solid 10/10.
