Perfect location

Liked: The location is perfect for visiting the falls casinos and everything around Clifton Hill

Great location, nice room

Liked: The location was fantastic, only a 10 minute walk from the Falls. The room was nice and spacious and it was pretty clean.
Disliked: The sheets were a bit dirty on one of the beds.

Very Poor Service and Nithing...

Liked: I would recommend look for other hotels nearby, I don’t recommend this property at all. We paid in advanced so we had to stay one day but next day we checked out for new hotel nearby
Disliked: They charge extra money even if you want to check in 20 minutes early even though the rooms are ready for new guest, they will ask you to wait until 4 pm to start check inThe pictures they used in the website is quite old and the property is nothing similar to photo I would suggest look for better hotels then booking this property.We checked out and went to another hotel nearby

Terrible

Liked: Absolutely nothing. It was truly an awful place. Urine and fowl smelling grime in the hot tub. Other peoples hair in the sheets. Blood stains on the sheets.
Disliked: Everything. There was truly nothing good. The staff were beyond rude, the place was disgusting. Terrible place. We have reported them to Niagara region public health
