Disliked: The security of the place is very bad at night he is absolutely alone and there is no one to ask for help if something happens that day a couple Pelio in the next room and it was very violent everything knocked on my door to ask for help at 4:00 in the morning and in reality I felt very scared terrible service

Liked: Staff were welcoming, location was ideal with the library across the road , was surprised how easy it was to sleep with minimal noise about the ways

Perfect price value right in...

Liked: Great location! Hard to beat in terms of price value. Rooms are fair and beds pretty comfy.
Disliked: Kitchen could be a little better looked after but does the trick.

Exceptional

Liked: Not bad at all. I truly enjoyed my stay here. Quiet, clean, cheap. Well organised. Anyone leaving bad reviews expect too much and clearly haven’t been to Surf n Snow, aka The Hell Hostel.

Not recommend

Liked: Location
Disliked: It was dirty, and even the hallway smelled unpleasant. The facilities are old, and the bed was not only uncomfortable but also creaked every time I moved even slightly. Even though the price is low, I think a minimum of care and cleanliness should not be overlooked.
