Liked: The location was good, quiet but not far from the M4. The breakfast was very good . The lady on reception who seemed to be doing everything was extremely nice and helpful

Liked: Quiet country house hotel, close to M4.Big room with 4 poster bed and armchairs, big ensuite bathroom with bath.Friendly staff, good food, pleasing decor.Good value.

Liked: The personnel were excellent and most helpful. The breakfast was fresh and ample portions in a quiet environment.The upgraded room was fantastic - just be aware that our bedroom was up a flight of stairs so guests should be aware if they have issues with walking.Super gardens and very quiet.Would be an excellent location for a celebration (Wedding/Family gathering).
Disliked: Everything was excellent - just to be aware of the access to Bedrooms is by stairs.

Disliked: We arrived at about 7ish, but staff sickness meant we were unable to have an evening meal there, which was a pity.

HOT Breakfast would make all...

Liked: Room was right at the very top of the Hotel so as you can imagine at 78 yrs old and a 76 year old it was quite a climb, maybe we should have asked for a lower floor?The cooked breakfast was lukewarm and such a shame as it did look good, we were down for breakfast on the Sunday at 8am as well?We would stay again but not have the breakfast perhaps.
Disliked: Just a hot Breakfast
