Amazing Staff and Property
Liked: Amazing Resort. Loved the public hot pool. Also the suite was amazing as it had a priavte hot tub on the balcony. The bed was very comftorable. Heater also works great in the room. Great spot for a getaway or home base during a skii session in Telluride.

Very disappointed
Disliked: Falsely advertised a room with a private hot tub. Large jetted tub in the bathroom only fills with about 5 inches of hot water before it gets cold. Our first room had a gas leak.Staff was not confident or reassuring in helping us with any of our concerns.

Nice, clean but in need...
Liked: Nice location and vibe. Room was clean and spacious.
Disliked: Beds were too soft. Windows were broken so they wouldn’t close (winter) and fireplace was broken. Room was a little loud as it is under the bar/restaurant. Fine when it was closed.

Liked: Nice location. Facilities looked great, but we didn't stay as we specifically reserved the room based on enjoying a cool fall evening by the fireplace. Fireplace in room wasn't working, no other room was available and no discount was offered.
Disliked: Fireplace in room was not working.

Comfortable stay, great location
Liked: Jade at reception was receptive and welcoming. We have stayed here before but were nervous about booking again because the last time we tried to check in the receptionist was not at the desk for an hour and was rude and then charged us twice. It was a breeze this time!
Disliked: The windows don't open (the handles were all missing) and our room was too warm for us so we just had to give it time. The ac instructions said to open the windows but it was not possible.
