Disliked: staff charged us even though booking was already paid in advanced through Booking.com. Until now, refund has not been made. It has been over a month now.

If I had to do...

Liked: The place was clean. Everything was in order.
Disliked: The woman at the front was a bit rude. She took almost 20 minutes trying to find my reservation. I just wanted to go inside and sleep. I almost canceled the whole thing From just being tired and frustrated. The location is awful. You won’t get any sleep with the way cars drive around.

Terrible, the city should close...

Liked: Nothing. This place is disgusting and shows hate towards customers and Citizens. Lazy staff that sit on phones instead of work. The man at front desk was racist and harass people with disabilities after we paid. This is fraud and we want our money. Terrible place.
Disliked: Everything, racism, discrimination, sexual harassment, violence towards disability people, ignoring us for any help or room assistance. Gossiping about people around the hotel. Slander is bad once the merchant takes the money.
