Still had lovely time

Liked: Been many times and planned my wedding here
Disliked: I’ve requested change in dates via booking and I was waiting for hotel confirmation as booking has no problem with changing dates. Unfortunately hotels staff claimed ICan’t do it and I need to change it with booking ( which was done but I neededConfirmation from spa to approve) which they said can’t happen. So a bit disappointed. I still arrived but on my own instead with another person so now o have to buy another spa break as it was birthday present. Bit disappointed. Also walls in the spa showers next to steam rooms were really dirty ( where buttons are for different shower experiences). Not that matters but few people commented

Disliked: we expected a better quality restaurant . The really nice part of the restaurant was closed to residents and only used for special bookings. Evening meals were not as expected and main restaurant a bit like a hospital canteen The easy access bathroom shower had a highly dangerous fold up seat. You only had to brush against it then feet came crashing down very forcefully , if toes were in the way you could easily suffer serious injury, holiday spoilt and likely unable to drive home due to foot injury

Fun and Relaxing Place to...

Liked: The pool is awesome, the tennis and golf facilities are great and there is a nature trail to take that is lovely by the water. The kids loved the room and we had great meals at the hotel (and in our rooms).
Disliked: Nothing stands out that needs improving. We had a wonderful time and will return soon. Our kids are really keen to use the pool slide again...they went on it what seemed like hundreds of times!
