Liked: It was clean
Disliked: This shouldnt be advertised as a b&b, because you have to pay extra for breakfast (£15). Also it wasn't clear that there was no ensuite with my room.

An excellent two days.

Liked: A wonderful and helpful owner, who goes over and above the normal, and she realky deserves to do well, keep up the good work
Disliked: i would have liked a bigger bed.

Liked: Great warmth of welcome from owner Carolyn, made me feel truly cared for throughout my stay.

Too expensive in my opinion.

Liked: Bed was comfy.Towelling dressing gown provided but not needed.
Disliked: Was not a superior kingsize room - had a small single bed (not necessary) and only one bed side table. Also had big shelves with owners books - not necessary.Would not have liked sharing a bathroom with others.

Liked: Good location, very quiet and peaceful whilst still being close to the area of Ipswich we were visiting. Very friendly host, good communication beforehand. Parking on site.
Disliked: Visitors should note that the various breakfast options offered will cost extra - not an issue, just need to be aware. Bathroom is not en-suite, again this is fine as long as you notice this when looking through the details.
