It was okay and a...

Liked: It was convenient for getting to Sutton Hoo
Disliked: I din't meet the owners at any time during my stay; I knew they wouldn't be there when I arrived. A fellow guest explained where I would be staying and other points.

Not relaxing.

Liked: Clean and tidy.
Disliked: Overpriced particularly as shared bathroom and breakfast not included. Short measure on coffee making facilities and breakfast.

Good value and right where...

Liked: Good location for the event we were attending, very quiet rural spot but only a few minutes from town. Comfortable bed, no trouble getting to sleep. A good choice of options for breakfast on offer.
Disliked: Bathroom is shared, not ensuite/private, but we knew that beforehand.
