Liked: Close to M1 and great free parking
Disliked: Hotel a bit tired in places and staff could have been friendlier

Liked: Close to a bus stop for transport. The hotel staff were cheerful and very helpful. Easy to walk into Luton town centre and the football ground is within walking distance
Disliked: The hotel could do with updating, the rooms are basic and the reception area didn't have much seating. No information in the room regarding bar times or if there were any options for breakfast. No glass or disposable mug to use in the bathroom.

Liked: It was clean.
Disliked: I Reported my gold ring was 100% left in my room as it may have fallen from the dresser, and have had no response from them.I called and reception was very polite and helpful but did not carry out what he said he would. I believe that staff would have found it but chose not to hand it in because I should have got the call back. Someone would have seen/found, and reported it.That is very disappointing and bad.Also,Toilet seat was broken.

Disliked: The property was very worn and old, I booked the luxury suite and there was nothing luxury about it.I opened a cupboard and the door fell apart so took it down to reception and they told me they would glue it.
