Convenient, clean and friendly staff.

Liked: Location, dinner at the hotel was convenient, staff were friendly, rooms were clean.
Disliked: Room was a bit stuffy and warm, bathroom and facilities a little tired.

Convenient, great sports bar and...

Liked: Wonderful staff and convenient location just off A9.
Disliked: Stairs needed a spruce up, looked tired and a bit shabby.

We would come again!

Liked: Unique boutique hotel with personality and comfort. Great food and helpful, friendly staff. Walking distance to town and railway station.
Disliked: Having no elevator may be hard for some guests.

Hotel was ‘ok’ but overpriced

Liked: First room was freezing - swapped rooms but smaller than we’d paid for so we the effectively overpaid. Wi-Fi - atrocious !

Liked: Good location and easy access to Inverness. Breakfast very reasonable. Been twice and will again.
