Exceptional

Liked: Lovely hotel, with nice little touches and friendly staff. Room was peaceful and comfortable. Great location for exploring the city centre. The food was excellent.
Disliked: The shower was a little low for 6'3 partner but the ceiling isn't much higher

Hotel is mediocre parking is...

Disliked: I received the parking fine for parking in the hotel car park which none of the hotel staff bothered to tell me needed to have a registration number inputted to avoid a PCN fine. I'm still fighting this fine today and it's been four months. I contacted the hotel staff about this and all of them were very unhelpful and just left it like it was my problem.

Liked: Beautiful little find. Had a lovely two night break with my wife. Would absolutely recommend and the staff were superb. Thanks on much and we’ll be back for sure.

Superb

Liked: Lovely old house, great location. Staff very considerate eg offered free breakfast to compensate for a faulty boiler problem.
