Great place to stay; very convenient location. If you're not interested in staying in the heart of the city, but want to be in a convenient location, this is a great option at a great price.
Liked: Convenient to highway; great parking; large, clean room; beds were comfortable.
Disliked: TV was satellite and since it stormed our entire stay, interrupted TV service.

Good place, but not worth...
Liked: The rooms were spacious, staff was friendly and the hotel itself is well maintained and clean. The lobby is fairly grand, so it adds to the positive impression. The Cafe, where you can buy breakfast from 7:30-13:00 also serves good food.
Disliked: No microwaves in the room. This is a major fail, especially because they do not have in house dining options, meaning you have to order food from outside. Also families always need at least a microwave for heating milk etc for the kids. They have 2 microwaves in the Business Centre for the common use of the entire hotel, meaning, during rush times you have to line up and wait! Without this basic amenity, for the price we pay, it's not worth it.

Liked: I love how clean and spacious my room was
Disliked: I didn't like that the kitchen of the hotel was under construction, but I was informed of the situation. I hated I had to order out for food and drinks every night.

Perfect for a baseball fan.
Liked: The hotel is located very close to major areas of Chicago that you may want to go and see. We came to see a baseball game and it took us maybe 15-20 mins with traffic to get to and from the ballgame. It was perfect for a one night stay. The rooms are spacious which is something that you don't always find. This made things much easier for me and my wife who is in a wheelchair. The beds were extremely comfy for us as well, and the pillows didn't have the feeling as to hard or way to soft.
Disliked: With everything that we did enjoy about this place, there were a couple of minor things that we didn't like. First was the proximity of the hotel to the Am-Trak Line. Not that either party could really control this situation, took a little getting use to. Next would be the parking lot. Though the parking is free, the spaces themselves are very tight, which made it difficult for me to get in and out with a handicap van, but we did manage.

Liked: Very clean rooms, the extra towels, free coffe in the lobby at any time. Free parking is a plus, since all parkings in downtown Chicago is very expensive.
Disliked: There was supposed to be a restaurant in the hotel but it was under remodeling.
