I should’ve received an update...

Liked: The property was beautiful and my room was great.
Disliked: I didn’t like that the property management / booking.com did not confirm my reservation and had me wait 2 hours before I was checked in without any update on why my reservation wasn’t done.

Would expect more from Marriott

Liked: Clean
Disliked: Bathroom small, door didn’t lock. Check in at midnight was long. Bar downstairs was rowdy and loud.I was told that my reservation would be canceled if I didn’t check in before midnight. I seat paid for the room!! I had to check in over the phone.

Get punished for going through...

Liked: We love Marriott hotels the wonderful places to stay the sleep is always wonderful because of the bedding
Disliked: Unfortunately, because we went through booking.com we paid over $200 for our room and they put us up in a handicap room and unfortunately the room was not comfortable. The bed was not comfortable. Nothing was comfortable. The shower was oversized for a wheelchair accessibility it was just a very sad stay Being punished for going through booking.com. Couldn’t even get a regular room with the king size bed just pathetic.
