Good
Disliked: The lady at the desk told me I had two reservations. I clearly only had one and showed her only one reservation was made. She cancelled a room reservation made under my name and gave me a card to room 503. At 11 o’clock at night I was woken up by someone walking in my room. There were two people under the same name that made reservations that day. The person at the front desk cancelled my reservation and gave me the other persons reservation. Then gave this person the keys to my room while I was sleeping.

Disliked: pool was permanently closed, would have been nice to know that before I booked, then when I checked in the front desk person charged me again for my room even though I already paid on Booking.com. He called me later in my room and apologized and said that he did see my reservation already paid and comped me breakfast for the 2 mornings I was there but I was still charged and had to keep calling to get a refund

We were very disappointed .
Liked: The front desk clerk checking us in was great.
Disliked: We were up and down all night with the HVAC It was the smallest Marriott room I have ever been in.No towel racks the furniture was disgusting the refrigerator did not work and no safety bars in the shower/tub.
