Excellent, great customer service!
Liked: I must say I love the customer service. I arrived later in the evening and was greeted by nathan. He was very professional and made my check-in process easy. He went above and beyond to get me checked into my room so that my son and I could get the rest we needed the next day. I was greeted by Angela, very pleasant and knowledgeable. Thank you, Marriott.

Never again, paid way too...
Liked: Was no breakfast. Staff hates their jobs, unapproachable, abrupt answers, inefficient
Disliked: The guy at checking hates his job. Why would you design your room doors to lockout guests. Safety issue, how did this meet safety.

Perfect
Liked: The property was gorgeous, rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and filled with lovely pillows. Front desk staff was knowledgeable, friendly and the location is exactly 30 minutes to downtown. Surrounding hotel was a lot of great local restaurants, grocery stores etc
Disliked: I loved everything 10/10 experience

Liked: The location was perfect
Disliked: There was constant hammer/slamming/pounding due to extensive construction on the hotel, this is not what was presented on bookings.The breakfast which was part of the package I selected was mediocre at best though wait staff were lovely.I was quoted $596 INCLUDING tax for our 2-night stay which is astronomical for the ridiculous construction noise....but I see I was charged nearly $700!!!!! I feel like I was robbed.

75% of the hotel stay...
Liked: The first couple of hours in the room was terrible nothing was working The TV the telephone and the turning knob on the hot water broke off
Disliked: Customer service the front desk the two ladies of the first night could have been a lot more accommodating we had to change rooms because the first room 538 was not up to par
