Very nice staff; clean restrooms; quiet atmosphere; clean dorm; easy access to downtown living - walking distance.

Liked: The beds were comfy, the lockers were big, the staff were friendly and the kitchen was well-equipped. The free breakfast in the morning was a nice touch, too!
Disliked: Nothing major, just a couple of minor issues. The bathrooms were clean, but some showers had no hooks for clothes, and there was only one per sex per floor, which were a little far from the dorms. The beds, while comfy, were quite loud, and it was difficult to get into bed without waking up other people. A little bit out of the city centre, but near-ish to an "L" station and some bus stops.

Liked: The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was very welcoming. The rooms were a good size and everything was clean.
Disliked: Shared bathroom got very hot! Its a dorm styled bathroom, and the sun just heated it up like a sauna.

Disliked: The fact that it is closing after 27 years… and I just found a “gem” and can never repeat my stay
