Liked: Beautiful neighbourhood.Close to pubs and restaurants. 10 minute walk to trains.Super convenient and safe in Lincoln Park!
Disliked: Shared washrooms a bit far to walk to. Could freshen up smell. Elevator needs a different sound system that is not like an alarm. Adds unnecessary stress. Bell tone would be nice.

Disliked: I flew in from Asia to visit my dying uncle and was denied my pre-paid stay by some young angry female front check-in clerk without immediate reimbursement. Fully understanding of America’s current #BidenFlation, and its gross income inequalities, but there should be NO reason for this lack of compassionate customer service care and hostility. I would stay FAR away from joyless confined Getaway, until they retrain, or get rid of, their current check-in staff. Thank you.

Liked: The location is unbeatable--a short walk to Lincoln Park, Lake Michigan, and the Fullerton L station. The value is excellent, and the staff is helpful and friendly. The room is comfortable enough given the price, and breakfast is standard.
Disliked: The room is a little loud--I could hear my neighbors talking late at night, and the air conditioning unit, although welcome given the summer temperatures, was also loud.

Liked: All of the staff were very kind and helpful!Especially when they couldn't find my booking so they upgraded me to a private room with a shower. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for a night in the middle of Chicago under $100.
