Lowered Expectations
Liked: The shower was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The overall layout was not bad. It was not bad.
Disliked: However, the room was not what I thought it would be. And it was very overpriced, I would say. For the amenities that I didn't see. The website kept emphasizing a hot tub and it looked better in the room. The room did NOT have a hot tub, and it was the one thing I expected. It was ok, but lackluster.

The stay was not worth...
Liked: The size of the room was the only thing good. But for the price I paid for the suite it was not worth it .. the room had holes in the wall and broken shelves also had lots of ants in the room & was not that clean .
Disliked: The breakfast service was horrible. My family came down at around 7:45 am and most of the food was gone .. when we asked for the food to be refilled the manager on duty said we had to wait 30 mins but actually the food did not get refilled so I did not eat breakfast at all. My family only had cereal due to that being the only thing food provided.

Disliked: When we arrived, we were greeted by a disgusting towel right at the entrance, which was extremely off-putting. It was clear that the place hadn’t been cleaned properly, and this left a very bad first impression. The staff didn’t seem to care much either, which added to the disappointment.The room felt very bare—there were no complimentary items like water or coffee, which you would normally expect at other hotels. There was only a vending machine available for water. Water fountain wasn’t working.There was also a strange odor in the room, making us question its cleanliness. One of the main reasons we chose this property was because it advertised a hot tub, but that too turned out to be a disappointment. To top it off, the breakfast was very poor in both quality and variety, which was another disappointment.Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations at all.
