Liked: The courtyard access was nice.
Disliked: The manager was rude and very disrespectful! The cleaning staff was rude and mean! Never fully clean the rooms or restocking them with essentials! Pool was always dirty because it wasn't professionally maintained, and they did a horrible job of cleaning everything! I could really write a book about this nasty, rude, unprofessional establishment from me checking out on Friday and checking back in on Sunday to the same room with the same dirty shower curtain! Hair stuck in the pillow case that didn't belong to me. To the skin on my baby feet, peeling from being in that nasty pool.(before I found out and stopped them from getting in) The last straw for me was them accusing my 16 yr old son of stealing FREE breakfast, because he would take some back to the room to his 6 yr old brother who would still be sleep during breakfast time! Which was crazy to me. When I addressed the manager about the situation, I was rudely asked not to reserve another week! So, yeah, to sum it all up a big 👎🏾 for me!

Liked: The person that checked me in was nice.
Disliked: Across the hall from me was a room where people were coming and going all night, not sure what was going on. At 12 Am I received a call from the front desk asking if I was driving a white truck. It was more accusing than just asking. I was not. The carpet in the room was damp, it may have just been cleaned or something else. It was not a good experience, I had booked for 2 nights. Because of the issues I tried to cancel the 2nd night. They would not allow that. I stayed elsewhere and lost the money. I would never stay in this place again.

Liked: Everything was good except the noisy neighbors and I told the front desk in the front desk told me to call the police. Why do a customers have to call the police?
Disliked: You have to ask for everything no one came to clean my room
