Liked: The staff were great and helped us book taxis and find different locations. The location was walking distance to a number of attractions.
Disliked: Though the lobby looks updated and inviting, the rooms themselves are less so. We stayed in an interior facing room which was dark, quite small and worn in. We could also hear people in the other rooms showering and flushing. They should update the rooms and hallways to match the entrance. The external facing rooms may give a better experience.

Disliked: We booked more than six months ahead and were charged approx euro 250 per night. we could have got the same hotel for less than euro 150 on the day. This is the first time we feel we were ripped off by booking.com and the hotel. Not very happy when we have booked such a long time ahead.
