Disliked: Dimly lit rooms with an odd layout. Air conditioning didn’t work. Not a friendly or warm feeling. The courtyard it’s located in is dark and dirty. Expensive for what you get

Liked: The position in the Chiaja district is great, very close to the line 6 metro station (however, it was closed frequently, but not a problem for the hotel). I was there in July during an extreme heat wave, and it was very challenging in the city; the hotel was quite ok even in the hot weather.
Disliked: Being on another level of the guilding during the hot temperatures was mildly unpleasant. The elevator did not feel very safe; it emitted strange noises. The breakfast was the same each day.
