it was ok , but...

Disliked: the steak and chicken that were served had no flavor and the bananas foster had way to much sugar it was still granular , the room was nice but the view could have actually faced the mountain ( i know that is not an option just an observation)

Bad

Disliked: Members of the resort harassed my family at the pool. The pool was the main reason for choosing this resort. Karen and her friends were doing water aerobics so they blocked off the slides and the only area available to young children. They yelled at my kids and said we had to wait until their class was over at 10:30, right before we had to check-out. When the class was over, Karen proceeded to walk around the facility harassing all of the families who were waiting with upset children. She said they deserve their time at the pool because they pay their dues to be members of the resort. She also said they have to use that part of the pool because they don’t like to get their hair wet.

Loved it! Will be back...

Liked: Breakfast was amazing, many options. And the location was great too.
Disliked: The bed was okay, not as comfortable as I would have preferred.

Short visit to the Springs

Liked: Aquatic center and location of our room to the main lobby. The view of the balcony was also very nice.
Disliked: We were in the 2nd floor and could hear every step above us. Also there was a dip in the floor by the TV in our room.
