We enjoyed our mini break....

Liked: Great location and friendly staff
Disliked: The exterior needs improvement. The concrete steps are in need of repair and rotting wood on the exterior.

No sleep for two nights...

Liked: View, safe location
Disliked: The rooms are old and the flooring is wooden. We must've had larger people staying above us because they were straining the daylights out of said flooring. it was creaking SO LOUDLY and their footsteps and suitcases were even louder. They stayed up the entire night and left at 5am. We called to complain twice, but there wasn't much the front desk could do. We switched to a top level room for our second night. However, there was a protected bird species nesting in the stairway on the other side of our wall. Constant scratching, pecking and bird sounds. It was a bit of a nightmare.

Wonderful full-service family resort with...

Liked: Pool Services were fantastic! Our Pool Server was Kadence (or maybe Kandice). She was amazing. Very helpful, attentive and hardworking. She was also cleaning up towels, straightening chairs and bringing waters to guests. She took her job very seriously and really seemed to care about providing exceptional service for CMR patrons at the pool. She is a gem - you should promote her or at least give her a bonus!
Disliked: I'd love more size options for the rooms. We are a family of 4 - would have loved a 1 bedroom option. But the beds were super comfortable and the standard room accomodations were very nice - just wished we could have more upgraded size options.

We had a wonderful anniversary...

Liked: The view was beautiful, and there was so much to do on site but was also within driving distance to some great adventures and sites! We came for a wedding anniversary and enjoyed the views, restaurants, beach and pool, and the golf course. We loved the amazing gym as well. We loved that they had a private adults only pool area.
Disliked: There was a wedding going on the night we got there and the music went on til around 10 and kept us up after a long day of travel but I appreciated that 10pm felt like an acceptable time and that it wasn’t until 2am.

Exceptional

Liked: I love this place. What's not to like.
Disliked: My view was the courtyard, not the mountains. There is only one big towel for 3 people
