Beautiful hotel and helpful staff.

Liked: Staff were super helpful and the hotel was exquisite. The decor was beautiful.They offer a dog menu which is a fantastic idea and the dogs loved it. Hotel is dog friendly and we felt at ease with the dogs during our stay. The dogs had their own beds, a toy each and a goodie bag, it was a nice touch and welcome.
Disliked: The service was a bit hit and miss. Our orders were incorrectly delivered a number of times and part of the orders forgotten. This happened a number of times. Breakfast service was super slow and waiting 30 minutes for a coffee at breakfast is unnecessary. For the price I would expect consistently good service.

Beautiful hotel and super relaxing.

Liked: Greatly appointed, beautifully maintained.
Disliked: Room was a little musty, we reported it and they were very responsive.
