Not what one would expect...

Liked: Breakfast did not meet expectations, prefer not to have buffet, the order from the menu was late in delivery and delivered to the wrong table
Disliked: The service was poor, wrong meals delivered to the wrong guests. Surprised to have a mouse join us in the bar.
