Very good

Liked: Location good but isolated Great staff and extremely helpful
Disliked: Opportunity for food and drinks as an alternate from other vendors is non existent

Liked: staff very helpful
Disliked: service was slow for breakfast.not impressed with evenning meal so eat else and wear. could do with ramp up to front desk lucky it was not raining and had to take small moblity scoter round road way in.

…and relax

Liked: The location is stunning, peaceful and perfectly laid out but what also helped make it amazing was the staff… from the young lad that checked us in and out, Tracy the bar lady, the waiting staff and of course mckenzie… all of them were so helpful but in such a relaxed way. Loved every second and would highly recommend staying there.
Disliked: Nothing at all… keep doing what you are doing

Perfect place for a weekend...

Liked: What a beautiful stay me and my friends had the outside hot tubs were a lovely touch especially as the weather was amazing. Staff were very friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. I highly recommend staying here and me and my friends will defo be returning!

Room, staff and location brilliant....

Liked: Location was peaceful, no signal so that was an added bonus. The staff were great and really helpful even though it was so busy with a wedding as well.
Disliked: The breakfast, now it wasn't too expensive but the quality wasn't great. They forgot about our order (as you order cooked breakfast) and packed away most of the continental breakfast before we got there although we arrived before our allocated time. One of the other people we were with even went and got the 2nd day cancelled due to this reason and we went for breakfast in otley.
