Liked: Lovely spa facilities Breakfast good in the mornings Very friendly staff & helpful cleaning staff
Disliked: Lodge room smaller than we had expected There is no room for a chair inside to sit on The bathroom felt a bit dark & damp We paid £150 a night, including breakfast & for our dog to stay, I dont think the room was value for money. Sadly, I feel this Lodge room we stayed in need a update compared to the rest of the hotel & facilities it provides

Exceptional

Liked: The staff are lovely and can't help you enough. We stayed for what was supposed to be two nights, we extended the stay to three nights after having such a lovely relaxing time. A lovely member of staff called Mackenzie upgraded are room to a patio view over looking the spa free of charge. We had a evening meal which was beautiful.We will definitely be returning sooner rather than later.

Disliked: The room stunk and was just dirty hadn’t been cleaned properly windows all dirty overgrown.Bugs all over the bed.

Disliked: Money robbed form my wife's suitcase phoned up to tell them asked to speak to manager at least 5 times said they would ring back but still ño call back I think it is disgusting that they can't even ring back to discuss this problem plus every time we went to bar for same drinks it was a different price not just pence but pounds plus rats at front of restaurant not very happy
