Chetola Resort Condominiums

Passable

Liked: Scenery , staff assistance, close to downtown, lake , spa and racquet sports facilities .
Disliked: TV Spectrum and Internet did not work and took a couple of days to get it working properly. Drinks and dinner selections are overpriced even for a resort property.

Liked: Location and scenic property
Disliked: It isn’t like an hotel or Airbnb. No amenities like coffee, sugar, or shampoo or blow dryers, pretty much nothing in house.

Great condo for families

Liked: The condo was perfect! Very clean, great views with everything we needed in the kitchen. The sleeper sofa was a bit uncomfortable, but the kids made the most of it. We loved all of the amenities the resort had to offer, but if you want to use the fishing equipment, you've got to reserve it early. It was never available over our entire stay. If you order food to go from the Timberlake restaurant, I would call a second time just to make sure they placed the order. Hubby had to sit 45 min waiting on our food bc they forgot to send the order to the kitchen. Food there is a 6/10. There are too many excellent restaurants in the area to settle for average in this area. Overall, it's a great condo with lots of activities for families.
Disliked: Quality of food at resort, no fishing equipment available to use, communication between hostess at restaurant and kitchen should be a lot better.

Disliked: Beautiful landscape and lots of activities to choose from

Liked: the place for this town ok, did not realize that the rooms are like time shares- they are individually owned and i guess the they pay the hotel a fee for the bookings
Disliked: the lake view

We enjoyed our stay, but...

Liked: Room was spacious, nice decorating, master bathroom, and pool area
Disliked: Beds were uncomfortable, hot water ran out quickly, many resort amenities were unavailable. The price was high considering the limited amenities and lack of demand for rooms at the time.

It was a fun family...

Liked: Very close to the downtown, prime location. Restaurant, spa, indoor heated pool and gym all on site
Disliked: Paid extra for a condo with a fireplace which didn’t work. Hot tub was down for repairs during our stay.

Loved it, will definitely go...
